Filing a DMCA Takedown Request

If you believe your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on IyalHub in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may notify us by providing the following information:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work: Provide the title, author, and URL of the original work.
2. Identification of the infringing material: Provide the URL(s) where the infringing content appears on IyalHub.
3. Your contact information: Full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

Our Response Process

1. We will acknowledge receipt of your DMCA notice within 48 hours.
2. We will review the notice for completeness and validity.
3. If valid, we will remove or disable access to the infringing material within 24-48 hours.
4. We will notify the user who posted the content and provide them with your contact information.
5. We will provide a counter-notification process if the user believes the content was removed in error.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
• Your name, address, and telephone number
• Consent to the jurisdiction of federal court

Repeat Infringers

IyalHub will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.

We actively monitor for unauthorized reproduction of content through:

• Google Alerts: We set up alerts for unique phrases from popular novels
• Automated Scanning: Regular scans for duplicate content
• User Reports: Community-driven reporting system
• DMCA Notices: Formal takedown requests

Google Alerts Setup Guide

Authors can set up Google Alerts to monitor their content:

1. Go to google.com/alerts
2. Enter a unique phrase from your novel (3-5 words that are unlikely to appear elsewhere)
3. Set frequency to "As-it-happens" or "At most once a day"
4. Set sources to "Automatic" or "Web"
5. Set language to your content language
6. Set region to "Any region" or your target region
7. Choose delivery method (email)
8. Click "Create Alert"
